Standard Off Road Rebuilt Transmission Warranty

POWERSHIFT INC. warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of six (6) months following the date of invoice or 1,000 hours of use, whichever occurs first. This warranty does not extend to damage caused by, or contributed to, by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident or misapplication. Powershift’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of any defective unit returned to Powershift Inc prior to the end of the warranty period and which Powershift Inc determines to have been defective and not subject to improper installation, misuse, abuse, accident or misapplication. Disassembly of any rebuilt unit without the prior authorization of Powershift Inc. will void any and all warranties expressed or implied.

All transmission cooler, external filters and filter housings, hydraulic hoses, must be cleaned and deemed serviceable or replaced. Mechanical or electrical transmission control components must also be in proper serviceable condition and functioning as per OEM specifications. Transmission fluids and related filters must be replaced at 200 hours of service, with a corresponding oil sample taken and the results sent to Powershift Inc. or warranty will be void.

This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for all particular purposes. Powershift Inc. shall not be liable for special, incidental or consequential damage, including but not limited to, removal and installation or return freight, or loss of use.
